Please note: Melanie is on maternity leave and will resume taking new trip inquiries in late summer. She will be prioritizing final arrangements for Summer and Fall 2025 clients along with previously committed 2026 clients. If you’d like to work with her on a new trip, feel free to submit the inquiry form and she will reply in late August or early September.

- We’ll set up a time to get to know each other over the phone, over Zoom, or in-person. We’ll discuss some high level options for your trip, your budget, timeline, and anything you want me to consider in the planning process.
- You decide whether you want me to plan your trip!
- You pay my trip planning and management fee. This service fee is for the planning, booking, and management of your trip. My fees start at $250 per custom trip. Please enquire for pricing on all-inclusive travel and hotel-only bookings.
- You are presented with a few options for your trip.
- You love the plans!
- I book your trip and provide support from the time of booking until the time that you return home.
